Hi! I’m Gina, The Goddess of Pies. I am the pie maker, owner, operator, accountant, janitor and head dishwasher at Gina’s Pies Are Square in beautiful downtown Wilton, Wisconsin.  I grew up above the bowling alley two doors to the North of The Square Pie.  I spent my childhood watching Julia Child and making the mud pies. I left Wilton the day after my high school graduation vowing never to return.  I returned seven years later with a UW Sociology Degree in my back pocket, a four state career in retail management and a severe case of homesickness. Starting The Square Pie from an empty shell of a building has been my life’s work and continues to be rewarding but as I look for a buyer for my business I am also looking forward to creating other new businesses and exploring other creative opportunities.
